Rice Krispie Brownies
Mix together:
1/2 c butter
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp baking cocoa
1/2 c nuts (optional)
Put mixture into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
After the brownie layer is baked cover it with a bag of mini marshmallows and
put it back in the oven for about a minute to make them soft and a little melty.
In a bowl mix:
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c chunky peanut butter
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave until you can stir
it into a smooth mixture. Add 2 c of Rice Krispies.
Spread the Rice Krispie mixture over the other layers and refrigerate.
